Shipping policy

The Crystal Wytch — Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Rates. Standard U.S. shipping is $8.00 via USPS Ground Advantage (or an equivalent carrier/service we choose). Orders $88 and over ship free within the U.S. Express or upgraded options, if offered at checkout, are charged at the rate shown.

Processing. We aim to pack and hand orders to the carrier within a few business days after payment clears. You’ll receive a tracking number when the label is created. Holidays, weather, and high volume may add time.

After handoff. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times are controlled by USPS (or the carrier used). The Crystal Wytch is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, peak-season slowdowns, lost packages, or theft after handoff. Shipping is non-refundable once the package is in transit.

Returned to sender. If a package is returned to us, we may refund merchandise (partially or in full depending on condition). Shipping costs are not refunded.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays, returns, or loss. Those cases are handled under our Refund policy. Only if we made a mistake with the address information you correctly provided will we treat it as our error.
